La respuesta de la tienda por chat es rápida y amable, el ramo en sí es original, aunque he de decir que es mejorable la calidad del jamón y cantidad… En ese aspecto sí que me sentí decepcionada por el alto precio que cuesta, no siendo jamón ibérico como anuncian sino jamón serrano barato que se podía ver en el color marrón oscuro… Añadí una nota que pensé que sería impresa y fue escrita a mano mejorable, pues algunas palabras no estaban bien escritas (“deciendo” con “e” en lugar de “diciendo” o “vasa” junto en lugar de “vas a”…) Son pequeños detalles que creo que no están a la altura. En cuanto a la entrega, llegó un poco pasada la franja horaria y la persona que me lo recogía estuvo a punto de marcharse a trabajar. Esperábamos que se entregase no tan pegado porque de ahí yo pasaba corriendo a recogerlo y llevarlo al hospital para entregar a la persona final. El concepto me gusta pero a modo constructivo son cosas a mejorar para repetir. Aun así gracias porque fueron amables 😊
