Delivery terms and conditions vary from the shop location. Some merchants provide free delivery other charge with a certain amount: start creating your order to see the full price.

The conditions depend on a country or a specific store. In some countries the service is available round-the-clock and on holidays – you may find out all the details making your order.

Udora has a useful option: no address required! Enter the accurate recipient’s number and our courier will contact the person to clarify the address.

The seller will take into account (consider) the time specified in the order. If for some reason the shop cannot complete the delivery, the seller will get in touch with you to find the solution.

Everything is based on the app: check it to see the order status. Need details? Give a shout to florists, for example, and ask the store to provide all the required information.
