Las flores hermosas y el ramo muy bonito. Pero hice el pedido hace 1 semana con un horario, hoy era la entrega de 13:00-13:30, he esperado hasta después para contactar con la tienda y no me responden al chat. Me cambian el horario de entrega a las 14:30-15:00. Son las 15:15 y todavía no ha llegado, llamo a la tienda me atienden preguntandome por mi direccion cuando les digo no me responden y me cuelgan, vuelvo a llamar y ya jo me contestan al telefono, he estado esperando y finalmente ha llegado a las 16:15. Entiendo que sea festivo y que probablemente hayan tenido muchos mas pedidos, pero hubiese agradecido que al menos me contestasen y contactasen conmigo o me dijeran algo
